147 Action on receiving application (1) The Magistrates Court must hold a case management meeting with the parties for each application it receives. (2) The purpose of the case management meeting is— (a) to assess the likelihood of the parties resolving the dispute before the proceeding is heard; and (b) to direct the hearing of the application as a result of the assessment.
