145 Applications that may be made
(1) An application may be made in relation to a dispute to which this Act
applies.
Note Section 17 sets out the disputes to which this Act applies.
(2) An application in relation to a dispute to which this Act applies cannot
be made under the Magistrates Court Act 1930, chapter 4 (Civil
proceedings)
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments
made or in force under the Act, including regulations and rules (see
Legislation Act, s 104).
