141 Geographical restrictions void (1) A provision of a lease that has the effect of preventing or restricting the tenant from carrying on business outside the shopping centre containing the tenant’s premises during, or after the end of, the lease is void. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a lease from containing a provision that prevents the use of the name of a shopping centre in connection with a business carried on outside the shopping centre.
