134 Non-specific outgoings contribution
(1) The tenant is only liable to contribute to an outgoing to the extent that
it is referable to the tenant’s premises.
(2) The tenant is not liable to contribute more than an amount calculated
by multiplying the total amount of the outgoing by the ratio of the
lettable area of the tenant’s premises to the total of the lettable areas
of all the premises in the retail area of the shopping centre to which
the outgoing is referable.
(3) For this section, an outgoing is referable to premises if the premises
benefit from, or share the benefit resulting from, the outgoing.
