130 Statistical information to be available to tenant If a lease requires the tenant to pay an amount for outgoings for expenditure incurred in obtaining statistical information, the lease must include a provision to the effect that the lessor must make the statistical analysis of the information obtained by the lessor available to the tenant in a form that does not identify a particular tenant.
