125 Content of termination orders
(1) An order under section 123 (Confirmation of contested termination)
or section 124 (Confirmation of uncontested termination) confirming
the termination of the lease must state—
(a) the day the lease is or was terminated; and
(b) that, if the tenant has not already vacated the premises, the tenant
must vacate the premises on or before that day; and
(c) that, if the tenant has not already vacated the premises and does
not vacate the premises on or before that day, either—
(i) the lessor may apply to the Magistrates Court for the issue
of a warrant for the eviction of the tenant; or
(ii) the order will have effect as if it were a warrant for
eviction.
(2) If the order states that it will have effect as if it were a warrant for
eviction, the order must comply with section 126 as if it were a
warrant for eviction under this division.
