117 Right to terminate—no disclosure statement etc
In addition to any other right the tenant has, the tenant may, within
3 months after the day the lease is entered into, terminate the lease by
giving the lessor at least 14 days written notice of termination if the
lessor—
(a) fails to provide a disclosure statement; or
(b) provides a disclosure statement that is false or misleading in a
material particular; or
(c) omits a material particular from a disclosure statement.
