105 Terms of extended leases
(1) This section applies if a lease is extended under section 104.
(2) The lease has the same provisions as it had before the extension,
subject to any change necessary because the lease has been extended,
unless—
(a) the lessor and tenant agree otherwise; or
(b) the Magistrates Court orders otherwise.
(3) The Magistrates Court may make an order varying the terms of the
extension on application by a party to the lease made within 14 days
after the tenant exercises the right to extend the lease.
(4) The applicant must tell the other party about the application.
(5) If the Magistrates Court makes an order varying the provisions of the
extension, the variation takes effect on the day stated in the order or,
if no day is stated, when the order is made.
