102 Lessor may recover costs
(1) The lessor may recover from the tenant the reasonable costs of legal
or other expenses incurred in making a decision about whether to
consent to an assignment, sublease or mortgage.
(2) A request for recovery under subsection (1) must be made in writing
within 6 months after the giving, or refusing, of consent to the
assignment, sublease or mortgage.
(3) If the tenant asks the lessor in writing to substantiate costs sought to
be recovered, the lessor may not recover the costs until they are
substantiated.
