14 Expenses of Act
(1) [Section 14 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] *[Section 14 Subsection (1) amended by No. 68 of 1994, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*The expenses incurred by the Treasurer under this Act in relation to the purchase or acquisition of land or in relation to the demolition or removal of any improvements shall be met from the Public Account, which, to the necessary extent, is appropriated accordingly.
(2) Any other expenses incurred by the Treasurer or the committee under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament for the purpose.
