Law Officers Repeal Regulations 2004

Statutory Rules 2004 No. 911

I, JOHN SANDERSON, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Law Officers Act 1964.

1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Law Officers Repeal Regulations 2004.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Law Officers Regulations — repeal

  Statutory Rules 1988 No. 55 is repealed.
