Schedule 2 that is varied, qualified or subject to a limitation, the words that would give effect to the variation, qualification or limitation are to be taken to be added to or omitted from the obligation specified opposite in Column 2 of the Schedule and the obligation is to be read as if it were varied, qualified or limited in the corresponding manner. (4) In the case of a lease by deed, an obligation implied by this section takes effect as a covenant. (5) This section applies only to leases made after the commencement of this Act.
