79 Definitions In this Part: instrument of mortgage includes an instrument or memorandum of mortgage registered under the Land Title Act 2000 and a mortgage or charge of property under the Geothermal Energy Act 2009, Mineral Titles Act 2010, Petroleum Act 1984 or Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981.
Law of Property Act 2000 49 principal money includes any principal money, annuity, rent charge, statutory charge and overriding statutory charge secured or charged by an instrument of mortgage registered under the Land Title Act 2000.
