52 Covenants and agreements entered into by a person with himself or herself and another or others (1) A covenant, whether express or implied, or an agreement entered into by a person with the person and one or more other persons is to be construed and may be enforced as if the covenant or agreement had been entered into by the person with the other person or persons only.
