43 Sale or division of chattels If a chattel belongs or chattels belong to 2 or more persons jointly or in undivided shares, any of the persons may apply to the Court for an order that: (a) a chattel in respect of which the application is made be sold and the proceeds of sale distributed among the persons entitled to them under their interests in the chattel; (b) the chattels in respect of which the application is made be divided amongst the persons entitled to them; or (c) any one or more of the chattels in respect of which the application is made be sold and the remaining chattels (if any) be divided amongst the persons entitled to them, and the Court may make the order and give the consequential directions it thinks just.
