29 Words of limitation (1) A disposition of freehold land to a person without words of limitation or an equivalent expression passes to the disponee the whole interest which the disponor has power to dispose of in the land. (2) A disposition of freehold land to a corporation sole without the word "successors" passes to the corporation the whole interest which the disponor had power to dispose of in the land. (a) to dispositions made after the commencement of this Act; and (b) subject to a contrary intention appearing in a disposition.
