23 Abolition of quasi-entails A limitation in an instrument coming into operation after the commencement of this Act that, but for this section, would create in favour of a person a quasi-entail (legal or equitable) in respect of an estate for life or lives of another or others is to be taken to create in favour of the person an estate (legal or equitable, as the case may be) for the life or lives of the other or others.
