211 Definitions In this Part: annuities includes salaries and pensions. dividends includes all payments made by the name of dividend, bonus, or otherwise out of the revenue of a company or other body corporate incorporated under a statute and divisible between all or any of the members of the company or body corporate, whether the payments are usually made or declared at fixed times or otherwise. rents includes rent service, rent charge and rent seck and all periodical payments or renderings instead of or in the nature of rent.
