180 Application may be made in other proceedings (1) Where a person commences proceedings to enforce an easement or covenant or rights arising out of a breach of a covenant, a person against whom the proceedings are instituted may apply in the proceedings to the Court for an order or a direction under section 181. (2) Unless the Court orders otherwise, an application under subsection (1) operates to stay the proceedings for enforcement of the easement or covenant.
