132 Waiver of covenant etc. in a lease If the waiver by a lessor or a person deriving title under the lessor of the benefit of a covenant, obligation or condition of a lease is proven to have taken place in a particular instance, the waiver is not to be taken to: (a) extend to an act or omission or matter, or to a breach of a covenant, obligation or condition of the lease, unless the waiver authorises that act, omission, matter or breach; or (b) operate as a general waiver by the lessor or person who has the benefit of the covenants, obligations or conditions of the lease.
