> For the purposes of section 32(7A)(b) of the Act, the following classes of persons are prescribed—
>
> > (a) corrective services officers (within the meaning of the [Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2006-007)),
>
> > (b) juvenile justice officers (within the meaning of the [Children (Detention Centres) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-057)) involved in the detention of persons under that Act,
>
> > (c) ambulance officers (within the meaning of the [Mental Health Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-008)),
>
> > (d) nurses,
>
> > (e) if it is not reasonably practicable for a person of a class referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d) to be available for the purposes of the search concerned—persons who, in the opinion of the Commissioner, have appropriate training, qualifications or experience in conducting personal searches.
