#### 141 Execution of search warrant 141 Execution of search warrant (cf [Police Powers (Drug Premises) Act 2001](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2001-030), s 6) > For the purposes of executing a search warrant issued under this Division in respect of premises, a police officer may— > > > (a) pass through, from, over or along any other land or building for the purpose of entering the premises, and > > > (b) break open doors, windows or partitions, and > > > (c) do such other acts as may be necessary.
