#### 94 Offences—obstructing or hindering the conduct of hearings etc. A person commits an offence if the person: (a) obstructs or hinders the Integrity Commissioner in the performance of his or her functions or the exercise of his or her powers; or (b) disrupts a hearing being held under this Part; or (c) threatens any person present at a hearing being held under this Part. Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
