#### 88 Examination and cross‑examination of witnesses At a hearing, the following persons may, so far as the Integrity Commissioner thinks appropriate, examine or cross‑examine any witness on any matter that the Integrity Commissioner considers relevant: (a) counsel assisting the Integrity Commissioner generally or in relation to the investigation or public inquiry to which the hearing relates; (b) a person summoned, or otherwise authorised, to appear before the Integrity Commissioner; (c) any legal practitioner representing a person at the hearing.
