#### 85 Who may be represented at a hearing (1) A person giving evidence at a hearing may be represented by a legal practitioner. (2) A person who is not giving evidence may be represented at a hearing by a legal practitioner if: (a) special circumstances exist; and (b) the Integrity Commissioner consents to the person being so represented.
