84Integrity Commissioner may take evidence outside Australia

#### 84 Integrity Commissioner may take evidence outside Australia If arrangements have been made between Australia and another country in relation to the taking of evidence in that country by the Integrity Commissioner for a hearing held under this Division, the Integrity Commissioner may: (a) take evidence on oath or by affirmation; and (b) use any evidence taken in that country in accordance with those arrangements; for the purpose of performing any function, or exercising any power, under this Act.
