#### 60 Nominating contact for investigation (1) If the Integrity Commissioner decides to deal with a corruption issue by: (a) referring the corruption issue to a law enforcement agency for investigation; or (b) managing or overseeing an investigation of the corruption issue by a law enforcement agency; the head of the agency may nominate a staff member of the agency as the contact for the investigation. > Note: If the head of the agency does not nominate someone under this subsection, the head of the agency is the nominated contact for the investigation (see the definition of nominated contact in subsection 5(1)). (2) The nomination must be made by notice in writing to the Integrity Commissioner.
