#### 46 Integrity Commissioner may direct agency head to give information or documents that relate to corruption issue (1) The Integrity Commissioner may direct the head of the agency investigating the corruption issue to give the Integrity Commissioner, or the head of another government agency, all information or documents that: (a) relate to the corruption issue; and (b) are in the possession, or under the control, of the head of the agency. (2) The direction must be in writing. (3) Subject to subsection 150(1) and section 151, the head of a law enforcement agency must comply with the direction. (4) A direction given under this section is not a legislative instrument.
