#### 45 Division applies if law enforcement agency has already commenced investigating corruption issue This Division applies if: (a) the Integrity Commissioner decides to deal with a corruption issue that relates to a law enforcement agency in one of the ways referred to in subsection 26(1) or 29(6); and (b) the law enforcement agency has started or continued investigating the corruption issue before the Integrity Commissioner makes that decision.
