200 Counsel assisting Integrity Commissioner
The Integrity Commissioner may appoint a legal practitioner to assist the Integrity Commissioner as counsel: (a) generally; or (b) in relation to a particular investigation of a corruption issue or ACLEI corruption issue; or (c) in relation to a public inquiry.
