#### 198 Engagement of consultants (1) The Integrity Commissioner may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to ACLEI. (2) A person may only be engaged for a period of up to 2 years. However, a person’s contract may be extended beyond 2 years for the sole purpose of completing a particular task or project begun in the initial 2 year period. (3) Other terms and conditions of appointment are to be determined by the Integrity Commissioner.
