133 Offence for stating incorrect names in telephone warrants
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person states a name of an issuing officer in a document; and (b) the document purports to be a form of search warrant under section 111; and (c) the name is not the name of the issuing officer who issued the search warrant.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
