#### 130 Copy of warrant to be shown to person (1) If a search warrant in relation to a person is being executed, the authorised officer executing the warrant or an assisting officer must make a copy of the warrant available to that person. (2) The authorised officer must identify himself or herself to the person being searched. (3) The copy of the warrant need not include the signature of the issuing officer who issued it.
