#### 119 Copy of warrant to be shown to occupier etc. (1) If the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises, the authorised officer executing the search warrant or an assisting officer must make a copy of the warrant available to the person. (2) If a person is searched under a search warrant in relation to premises, the authorised officer executing the warrant or an assisting officer must show the person a copy of the warrant. (3) The authorised officer must identify himself or herself to the person at the premises. (4) The copy of the search warrant need not include the signature of the issuing officer who issued it.
