#### 76 Reimbursement of expenses of witnesses 76 Reimbursement of expenses of witnesses > A witness appearing at an examination is to be paid, out of money provided by Parliament, in respect of the expenses of the witness’s attendance an amount ascertained in accordance with the scale prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section or, if there is no such prescribed scale, such amount as the Commission determines.
