#### 34 Referral of other misconduct matters to the Commission 34 Referral of other misconduct matters to the Commission > > (1) Section 33 does not prevent any person to which that section applies or the Minister from referring any misconduct matter of which the person or Minister becomes aware despite the person or Minister not having a duty to report under that section to the Commission. > > > (2) Section 33 (6) applies to and in respect of a misconduct matter referred under this section in the same way as it applies to a report under section 33.
