#### 134 Commission may report on Commissioner of Police’s or Crime Commissioner’s decision on Commission’s request 134 Commission may report on Commissioner of Police’s or Crime Commissioner’s decision on Commission’s request > > (1) Instead of or in addition to a request made under section 103, 104 or 105 in relation to a police investigation or decision or Crime Commission investigation or decision, the Commission may prepare a report on the police investigation or decision or Crime Commission investigation or decision. > > > (2) The report may include such comments and recommendations as the Commission considers appropriate. > > > (3) The Commission is to provide a copy of the report to each of the following— > > > > > (a) the complainant, > > > > > (b) the Minister, > > > > > (c) in the case of a police investigation or decision, the Commissioner of Police, > > > > > (d) in the case of a Crime Commission investigation or decision, the Crime Commissioner. > > > (4) The Commissioner of Police or Crime Commissioner is then to provide a copy of the report to the police officer or administrative employee or Crime Commission officer, respectively, whose conduct was the subject of the misconduct matter unless the Commission, in providing a copy of the report under subsection (3), has advised that it would be inappropriate to do so.
