#### 13 Misconduct information 13 Misconduct information > > (1) In this Act— > > > > misconduct information means a mandatory or other report or other information contained in any other document that the Commission becomes aware of otherwise than through a complaint that indicates or suggests conduct is (or could be) officer misconduct or officer maladministration or agency maladministration. > > > > Note. > > > > Information may include, for example, a sound recording or transcript of an intercepted telephone conversation or report of an audit of officer access to police information systems. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > mandatory report means a report made under a duty imposed by section 33 of this Act or section 211F of the [Police Act 1990](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1990-047).
