#### 116 Advice during course of critical incident investigation 116 Advice during course of critical incident investigation > A Commissioner overseeing the investigation of a critical incident may, at any time during the course of the investigation, advise the Commissioner of Police, the nominated contact for the investigation or the coroner that the Commissioner considers that the investigation or an aspect of the investigation— > > > (a) is not being conducted in accordance with section 113 (2), or > > > (b) is not being conducted in a competent, thorough or objective manner, or > > > (c) if it involves a coronial investigation scene within the meaning of Chapter 5 of the [Coroners Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-041), does not accord with any direction of the coroner under section 51 of that Act.
