(1) The Foundation may employ or engage on contract such staff as may be necessary to enable the Foundation to exercise its functions. The Government Sector Employment Act 2013 does not apply to or in respect of any such staff.
(2) The Foundation may, with the approval of the Minister to whom a Public Service agency is responsible, make use of the services of a person employed in that agency on such terms as may be arranged.
