95 Payment of compensation into trust account (a) compensation under this part is payable to a person in respect of loss suffered by the person; and (b) the amount of compensation payable to the person has been determined in accordance with division 7.3; and

(3) On payment of the compensation into the trust account, the compensation shall, for section 96, be taken to have been paid to the person. (4) Where the person rectifies the default or delay referred to in subsection (1), the Executive shall pay to the person, out of the trust account, an amount equal to the amount of compensation paid into the trust account.
