88 Determination of compensation by agreement If— (a) a person has made a claim for compensation; and (b) the Executive has made an offer (including a final offer) of an (c) the person has accepted the offer; the amount of compensation payable to the person in respect of the loss to which the claim relates is the amount of compensation so accepted by the person.
