66 Determination of compensation by post-acquisition agreement If— (a) a person has made a claim for compensation; and (b) the Executive has made an offer (including a final offer) of an (c) the person has accepted the offer; the amount of compensation payable to the person in respect of the acquisition to which the claim relates is the amount of compensation so offered by the Executive and accepted by the person.
