113 Execution of documents for and on behalf of Executive All instruments, receipts and documents relating to— (a) the acquisition of an interest in land; or (b) land vested, or that has been vested, in the Commonwealth pursuant to this Act; may be executed by the territory planning authority for and on behalf of the Executive.
