101 Disposal may be made subject to reservation of interest The disposal of an interest in land by an acquiring authority may be made subject to the reservation to the acquiring authority of a specified interest in the land, including— (a) an easement in gross over the land; or (b) a restriction on the use of the land, the benefit of which is not annexed to other land.
