#### 30 Review of pre‑acquisition declaration (1) Where an application has been made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a pre‑acquisition declaration, the Tribunal shall make a decision in writing recommending to the Minister that the declaration be confirmed, be revoked or be varied as specified in the decision. (2) The Tribunal shall not recommend a variation that the Minister could not have made on a reconsideration of the declaration under section 27.
