#### 130 Jurisdiction of Federal Court Jurisdiction is conferred on the Federal Court to hear and determine applications and proceedings under sections 72, 73, 82, 100, 101, 108, 116, 127, 128, 129 and 133 and that jurisdiction is exclusive of the jurisdiction of any other court, other than the jurisdiction of the High Court under section 75 of the Constitution.
