#### 119 Disposal of interests in land (1) An interest in land vested in an acquiring authority may be disposed of under the written authority of the Minister. (2) A person dealing with an acquiring authority is not concerned to inquire whether this Part has been complied with, and the vesting in a person of an interest in land is not affected by any contravention of this Part.
