#### 105 Determination of compensation by agreement If: (a) the Minister has made an offer (including a final offer) to a person of an amount of compensation under this Part; and (b) the person has accepted the offer; the amount of compensation payable to the person in respect of the loss to which the offer relates is the amount of compensation so accepted by the person.
