81A Reconsideration of determination where determination of native title revised If: (a) on an application under section 61 of the Native Title Act, an approved determination of native title has been revised; and (b) the revocation, variation or other order made as a consequence of that revision affects native title rights or interests acquired under this Act, the relevant native title body corporate or the Minister may refer any determination of the Tribunal relating to that acquisition that was made before the revision referred to in paragraph (a) back to the Tribunal for reconsideration and the Tribunal may consider the matter and, if it thinks fit, revise the determination accordingly.
